In Ayurved, solutions for all body problems depend on three elements - Vata(air), Pitta(fire) & Kapha(Earth). If any one of them gets imbalanced in our body, then we face diseases related to that element. That's why it is very important to know our body type. Here "dominant" means that particular element is little more compared to other elements. So we should add those food items in our daily diet which can control the dominance of that element to balance Vata, Pitta & Kapha. 10am to 2pm & 10pm to 2am is Pitta time as per Ayurved. Young age relates to Pitta, at this age Pitta Dosha manifests in the body. In today's generation, age between 14 to 45 comes under young age.
Role of Pitta in our body :All kinds of digestive enzymes & hormonal reactions represent to Pitta in our body. It controls the metabolic rate of body. It is responsible for all kinds of transformative process like digestive process, thought process. It regulates our body temperature, hunger & thirst.

Problems & Solutions:
Heat :Mostly feel burning sensation in palm & foot sole. Massage the affected area with ghee for 10 mins. Ghee is sweet and cold in nature and reduce the extra heat.
Bleeding :Add amla in any form in diet to reduce bleeding problems like: nose bleeding, heavy bleeding during periods, bleeding through motion. Amla has 5 tastes and it is cold in nature.
Sweating and bad odour in Sweat :They should apply sandal wood pack on their body, it will reduce body heat. Bitter food taste reduces Pitta and they should add bitter food little more.
Ayurvedic Panchkarma :Once in a year go to ayurvedic center for cleaning of imbalance Pitta.
Pre-mature Greying & Baldness at young age :Wrinkle, Pre-mature greying & baldness problems comes to them before old age. Swelling related problems, Inflammatory problems (Hepatitis, Nephritis, Meningitis). To avoid such problems they should use food items which is cold in nature. They should always use Ghee (Cow) in food to reduce body heat.
.They should avoid Salt, Sour & Spicy food because these foods increases Pitta. Specially in Summer season and autumn season they must avoid these tastes.
Frequent Hunger:Their metabolism is very strong and they can digest heavy food also within 3 hrs. They should eat food which is heavy and cold in nature. Sweet food taste like : milk, milk products items and coconut water is good for them. It will keep their stomach full for long time.
Which food you should consume more:Milk, Ghee, Fresh Makhan(Not butter) with Mishri all sweet taste food.
.Should sit sometimes in moon light, Listen calm and flute music, Do meditation, Use silver ornaments.
