In this modern time people are staying up till late night and sleep either very late or early in the morning. If you are not working in such profession where late night work is compulsory then kindly avoid this. Below are some harmful effects of sleeping late at night or early in the morning.

Harmful effects of staying awake at night on our body :

.Staying up at night increases dryness in body & mind (cause of irritation problem). This dryness later increases Vata and gives all diseases related to Vata.

.It spoils sleeping pattern due to which people suffer with insomnia.

.Cause of body pain, stiffness, tiredness, laziness, heaviness in mind, frequent yawning, hormonal disorder (Thyroid, PCOD).

.Gasteric Problem, Acidity Problem due to gas, frequent fart problem, hairfall.

.It reduces lifespan (people who ignore their sleep when they feel sleepy and forcefully try to sleep later).

.Reduces the body strength day by day.

If it is compulsory to awake at night due to work nature or due to any emergency than follow below points to reduce the harmful effects :

.Do oil massage on head and body before taking bath.

. Use more ghee in your food.

. Try to sleep At Least half of the time you stay awake at night(e.g if you are waking up 8 hrs in night then you shoild sleep atleast 4 hrs in the day time).

. Eat sweet dry fruits (Raisins, Almonds, Fig, Walnut).
