ANU oil is an ayurvedic oil. It is made up of many kinds of herbs along with goat milk. This oil should be used only in our nose.

4. Dont use it when it is raining.
5. Best time to use is in March, April, September, October & November.
6. Shouldn't be used continuosly more than 6 months. Consult an ayurvedic doctor and which month and for what duration you should use this.
