Home Remedy For Hair Fall : As per ayurved, to stop any problem or disease, we should first find out the root cause. Below we are describing few root causes for different kinds of hairfall problems.

How To Control Hair Fall Naturally :

SALT:People who use more salt or add extra salt in their meal while eating face hairfall and grey hair problems. If you eat only salt taste among 6 other tastes(Sweet, Astringent, Bitter, Pungent, Sour, Salt) then it reduces the benefits of other tastes. Salt is heat in nature and it dominates over other tastes. Consumption of more Salt taste gives white hair and baldness problems in early age. You can add Sendha Namak or Pink Salt (as per ayurved, it is sweet & cold in nature) in your meal or you can add more sweet taste in your daily meal to avoid this problem.

OIL:As per ayurved, we should choose hair oil according to our body type (Vata, Pitta & Kapha) or hair type. We will discuss about the hair type and best oil for them in [next article]. Best time to apply hair oil is 1 hr or 30 mins before bath. Dont apply oil on hair for whole day because most oils are heat in nature and if we apply oil for whole day it increases Pitta level and leads to hairfall.

Staying awake at night: If we sleep late at night or sleep after 11 pm then Vata increases in our body and it makes our hair rough and dry and weakens our hair root. If we sleep early or before 11 pm, almost half of our hair fall problems will get solved.

Heat: People who consumes more salty, spicy and hot food have more chance of hair fall starting in early young age. Angry temperament also increases heat(Pitta) in mind and makes the hair white. Use Indian gooseberry and Ghee to reduce heat (Pitta) of your mind.

Hair Chemicals: Most artificial hair colors damage our hair. Use pure or organic hair oil for healthy hair. Stay away from smoking & drinking because they spoils our Asthi Dhatu which leads to weak hair.

.Amla is best hair tonic for all hair types. Use small amount of amla, ghee, mulethi(Liquorice) in your daily meal.
