Hair Fall In Rainy Season, Hair Fall After Workout, Hair Fall In Old Age : During Rainy season Vata Impacts increases in environment. Similarly after doing any physical activity or after workout Vata increases in our body. In old age naturally Vata impacts will be more in our body. In ayurved all three ages childhood, young & old age is divided into Vata, Pitta & Kapha. Old age and hair fall post 40 comes under Vata category. Vata is the main reason behind hair fall in rainy season, hair fall after workout or hair fall in old age.

To stop the hair fall we need to cure this from root and should change our diet to balance Vata. Vata is dry and cold in nature and makes our scalp dry and weakens the hair root. It weakens our bone element (Asthi dhatu) as well. Quality of our hair depends on our bone element (Asthi Dhatu). To stop the hair fall and to improve the hair quality we should give nourishment to bone element (Asthi dhatu) first.

Solution for hair fall in rainy season and hair fall after work out :

1. Astrigent, Bitter, Pungent taste increases Vata in body. So people who are above 40 they should add Sweet, Sour and Salty taste more in their food.

2. Oil massage is best to control Vata. Massage your body daily in the morning 10 mins before bath with sesame oil or mustard oil or coconut oil (who has heat problem).

3. Eat oil made food, dont eat dry and boiled food which is cooked without oil.

4. Use cow ghee in your food, it controls Vata and Pitta.

5. Cook bittergourd, drumstick, parwal in ghee for best result. It nourish Asthi (bone) and Majja (bone marrow) dhatu (element) both. Boil milk in iron vessel or drink milk with fenugreek powder/giloy powder. Milk is sweet in nature, when it is boiled in iron vessel (bitter in taste) or consumed with Giloy/fenugreek powder it impacts on our bone element along with bone marrow.

6. Use 2 spoons of pure alomond oil daily if you have nervousness, tiredness, weakness problem after age of 40. 2 drops of same oil can be put in nose for faster result.

7. Chawanprash or any rasayan churna can be used after age of 40 to reduce the effect of Vata. You can consult nearest ayurvedic doctor for best rasayan churna suits to your body nature. After age of 40 degeneration starts in body and these rasayan churna helps to slow down the degeneration process.
