Sometimes we try so many medicines, hair pack, ayurvedic oil etc. but none of these works on our hair. The problem is, we dont focus on the root cause of hairfall. We humans also have roots similar to trees but in our case, our root is at the centre of our head. If we dont nourish our root daily it will become weak and die like a tree dies without water.
Hair Fall Problem Remedies:
1. In ayurved, oil massage is the best way to nourish our hair. Massage your hair daily in the morning before bath. Massage before bath helps in reducing Vata effect on body. Vata weakens our hair root by drying them. Choose hair oil as per your body type.
2. Boost your Asthi Dhatu(Bone tissue). Our hair quality depends on Asthi Dhatu. Weaker bones weakens the hair strength. Add Sweet, Bitter and Astringent taste in your food to boost Asthi Dhatu.
3. If your digestion is not good then first work on correcting your digestion. Weak digestion stops nourishment of all 7 tissues including Asthi Dhatu(Bone tissue). Consult any doctor to improve your digestive system.
4. Boil half spoon of cumin with one glass of water. When it becomes one fourth then drink this water while having meal. It will improve your digestion and will nourish your hair.
5. Have BEL fruit. It increase blood and removes toxins from body.
6. Consume Cow ghee daily. Ghee is sweet in taste and nourishes our tissues. Prepare bittergourd in ghee and consume this twice a week.
