People who are working in IT sector they have to spend lot of time in front of computers. Students also do more mental work and take tension for their studies and job. People who do more brain related work have more chances of Rasa Dhatu (plasma tissue) imbalance and due this their hair fall starts. Rasa Dhatu in our body is responsible for nourishment work. If it is weakened or imbalanced our nourishment process stops.

To avoid this problem we need a medicine which can reduce tension and can work on RAS dhatu as well. In Ayurved, JATAMANSI medicine is best for relieving tension and gives nourishment to Rasa Dhatu as well.

JATAMANSI is bitter and astrigent in taste and works as a good tonic for brain. It balances all three doshas and is cold in nature. It works very well on skin related diseases as well.

Best time to consume JATAMANSI is night time as per ayurved. Take a small amount (500mg) of jatamanshi and keep it in hot water (50 ml) and cover it. Before sleeping consume this water and sleep. Note: After consuming this dont stay awake. Take this medicine when your are ready to sleep.

You can use ayurvedic jatamanshi oil also.

How to make Oil from Jatamanshi?

Soak 50gm of Jatamanshi in hot water (1 litre) overnight. Next day boil the water, when only 250ml water is left then strain it and keep it aside. Now mix 100ml of either Cocunut (Pitta) oil or Sesame (for Vata and Kapha) oil as per your body type. Take another 25gm of jatamanshi and mix in water (little water) and mix it with oil. Now mix this oil with Jatamanshi solution which we had boiled earlier. Mix everything and boil all the items together. Turn off the gas when water evaporates and only oil is left in pan. Keep this oil in Glass bottle. Apply this oil before bath daily.
