Effects Of Depression On Height Growth : Depression and tension also impacts on our height growth. All kinds of brain-work impacts our two dhatus - Rasa (Plasma) and Majja (Bone marrow). Rasa dhatu gives nourishment to our body and helps in formation of Rakta dhatu (Blood tissue) and Majja dhatu helps in brain formation. If any of these dhatus (tissues) gets impacted it effects nearby dhatu also. Majja dhatu (bone marrow tissue) impacts near by dhatu (tissue) that is Shukra and Asthi(Bone) dhatu. If our Asthi dhatu (bone tissue) becomes weaker, it impacts on our growth process.
For students who do more brain-work and take stress, have more chances of impacting their Rasa (Plasma) & Majja (Bone Marrow) Dhatu. For them we should add food items in their diet which can help in nourishment of Rasa and Majja dhatu.
How To Boost Rasa And Majja Dhatu :
1. Take more juices (specially Citrus juices). Juices are light in nature and easily digestable. Citrus juices are more beneficial for us because it helps in blood formation. Citrus juices like Orange, Pineapple, Lemon, Kiwi, Pomegranate, Sweet lime should be taken.
2. If you are doing more brain-work then juices should be consumed in every 3 to 4 hrs.
3. If their majja dhatu (Bone Marrow) is impacted due to stress (symptoms like joints pain, fear, restlessness, irritation). In this case use peepal tree leaf plate to consume rice with ghee and daal.
5. Put 2 drops of ghee or Ayurvedic medicine daily in nose. It helps in brain development and removes stress.
6. Meditation activates the pituitary gland and helps in height growth.
7. Oil massage before bath also helps in height growth.
8. Ayurvedic ghee and Basti treatment also helps in height growth.
