Proper exercise is really useful in increasing height but most of us don't know that too much of exercise or wrong technique of doing exercise can decrease or stop our growth. Here we are mentioning few ways which helps in height growth.
Exercise for Height Growth:
1. 1 hr to 45 minutes of exercise is more than enough because if you do more exercises it starts degenerating your dhatus (tissues) and stops height growth.
2. Suryanamaskar with mantra is the best exercise for height growth.
3. Exercise should be done in slow motion. If we do exercise very fast it increases Pitta in our body. Pitta slows down our height growth process.
4. When we do exercise Vata increases and Kapha reduces in our body. Do oil massage before exercise - it helps to maintain Vata in our body.
5. Relax for 10 mins after exercise because it helps our brain to release growth hormones.
6. Do all kinds of stretching exercises and Pranayam.
Apart from exercise we should follow some good habits for better height growth.
1. Oil massage decreases Vata, nourishes our dhatus (tissues) and give strength to our body. Imbalanced Vata weakens our bones and obstructs in proper body development. Sesame oil is best to cure Vata related disease. Mustard oil also can be used for oil massage as it helps to reduce Vata. In summer season we can use coconut oil for massage. Always put oil in ear, head and navel before bath and massage whole body keeping the direction towards heart.
2. Eat all 6 tastes (Sweet, Spicy, Salty, Bitter, Sour and Astrigent) daily.
2. Take proper sleep for around 7 to 8 hrs. It is mandatory to sleep before 11 pm else Vata starts increasing in our body.
4. Do meditation, it helps to activate pituitary gland and sky element in our body. Which helps in height growth by releasing growth hormone.
5. Take Ayurvedic tonic like Chawanprash, Ashwagandha, Coconut milk or other kind of Ayurvedic medicine which is suitable to your body.
