In girls, height grows properly from 0 to 11 yrs. But after that when their menstrual cycle starts, their height growth stops or becomes slower. As per Ayurved, height growth depends on Asthi dhatu (bone tissue) & natural Kapha. Menstrual cycle increases Pitta in body and due to increased Pitta their height growth stops after menstrual cycle. There are some possible ways in Ayurved to improve the height of girls upto 16 yrs. If you follow this process in early stage or before their menstrual cycle starts, then it will give the best result.
Ayurvedic Tips For Height Growth After Menstrual Cycle :
1. Ashoka tree leaf helps in height growth for girls. Take 4 to 5 leaves and make juice of it. Give this juice to them. You can use Ashokarishta tonic also.
2. Coconut tree leaf also helps in height growth. You can drink half or 1 spoon of its leaf jucie daily in the morning and in the evening.
3. Consumption of 2 or 3 spoon of fresh coconut milk after food in the morning and in the evening can also helps in height growth for girls.
4. Do oil massage before doing exercise. When we do exercise Vata increases and Kapha reduces. Oil massage helps to maintain Vata in our body. Increased Vata in our body gives problems like insomnia, joint crackling noises, slow height growth.
5. You can consume Chandrasur (garden cress) 10 to 15 gm morning in empty stomach along with milk.
6. Do stretching exercise daily for 30 to 40 minutes.
