1. For height growth we need to increase natural Kapha in body and need to give nourishment to Asthi Dhatu (Bone tissue).
2. It should be either consumed with milk, jaggery or with cow ghee because it increases natural Kapha in our body.
3. Take 10 to 15 gm of Chandrasura seeds and consume it in empty stomach early in the morning. After consuming seeds drink a glass of milk.
4. If you dont want to consume seeds directly then you can make payas (kheer) using this seeds and cow milk. It can be consumed in laddu form also but instead of sugar use natural jaggery (dark color).
5. It should be consumed in standing position only then it hits the place called Cecum (where large and small intestine meets). This is the place from where our bone development process starts.
6. You might have heard from your parents or from elders that dont eat or drink water in standing position. They dont know the actual reason but they know it is harmful for our body, Actually it affects our bone elements thats why we should not eat anything while walking or in standing position.
7. But for height growth in which bone nourishment is required, milk can be consumed in standing position. It is mostly beneficial for age upto 18 yrs. But after this age to increase the height, processes are different..
