1. Digestive Fire : It helps in improving digestive fire. Good for people who have weak digestive fire and don't feel hungry for a long time. They should consume 1 or 2 spoons of tulsi juice with honey daily in the morning (around 6 am) on empty stomach for 10 days.
2. Food Digestion : Tulsi juice helps in food digestion also. People who have weak digestion or have problem of stomach heaviness after food consumption should consume tulsi juice. Consume 1 or 2 spoons of tulsi juice with honey daily in the morning (around 6 am) on empty stomach for 10 days. You can consume tulsi kadha or tea after food. Don't add jaggery/ honey/ sugar in it.
3. Gas Problem : Tulsi helps in balancing all kinds of Vata in our body. Gas problem is due to imbalance of Apan Vata (Note: Vata has been divided into 5 types according to their work). Consumption of tulsi balance apan Vata and helps in releasing it out from body. Massage your stomach with tulsi oil after clearing motion and before bath. Take 250 gm of tulsi seeds and boil it in 1 litre of water. When it becomes 1/4 th then add 10 to 12 fresh tulsi leaves and 100 ml oil (mustard/sesame) boil it again.
